Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Project ENKI B.V. and to every agreement concluded between Project ENKI B.V. and the customer. Deviations from these Terms and Conditions are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.
Offers and Prices
All prices listed on the website are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Project ENKI B.V. reserves the right to modify prices and offers at any time. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind Project ENKI B.V.
Orders and Agreements
An agreement is concluded once the customer has placed an order and Project ENKI B.V. has confirmed it. Project ENKI B.V. reserves the right to refuse any order or to request additional information before accepting it.
Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods specified on the website. The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment information. In case of late payment, Project ENKI B.V. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.
Delivery
Project ENKI B.V. will take the utmost care in processing and fulfilling orders. Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation if exceeded, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Right of Withdrawal (for consumers)
For online purchases, consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Digital products delivered immediately (downloads, access codes, e-learning);
Services that have begun with the customer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends;
Custom-made or personalized products.
Liability
Project ENKI B.V. is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its website, products, or services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability is in any case limited to the amount of the relevant order.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website of Project ENKI B.V., including texts, logos, images, and designs, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
